All technicians are licensed under and conversant with the recently enacted Federal Government legislation governing the calibration and testing of the Trade Approved weighing systems and can advise clients on the appropriate scales or balances for their needs.

Instant Weighing provide products and support to a range of industries that are the lifeblood of our state: Mining, quarrying, farming, transport plus other categories of industries and science. It is a source of deep satisfaction to every member of the Instant Weighing team that our products and services make a significant contribution to the success of West Australian industries.

Apart from Compuload, Instant Weighing also supply and hire a huge range of high quality A&D Australasia weighing products. Please take the time to look over our website and feel free to call, email or visit us if you would like to purchase, hire or discuss an Instant Weighing product or service.

Why Choose Instant Weighing, Why Choose Compuload?

Instant Weighing is the proud distributor and service provider for the Australian made Compuload, the industry standard for wheel loader scales. This is only the first of many reasons why people choose our services over those of our competitors, such as the American owned Loadrite scale.

Instant Weighing distributes the COMPULOAD series of front end loader scales. The COMPULOAD Trade Approved front end loader scale was the 1st in WA to meet the Federal Governments National Measurement Institute (NMI) new standards for Trade Approved front end loader scales, being tested in the presence of an Inspector some 15 months prior to the Loadrite scales in WA. The COMPULOAD series of front end loader and forklift scales are Australian made – (a claim the American owned Loadrite cannot make).

Our Company offers a personal service, which is both friendly and efficient, backed by the longstanding experience of the Instant Weighing team.

Instant Weighing provide regular maintenance visits, for instrument calibration and other forms of client support such as operator training.

If you are serious about obtaining the best possible load weighing outcomes for your business we implore you to compare Instant Weighing services and products with those of the US owned Loadrite.

Why You Need AMSA Tested Scales With Weight Data Transmission.

In the Export Sea Container transport and handling industry there is new International SOLAS and Federal Government AMSA laws about weighing export sea containers and the testing that must be conducted yearly on the scale used to weigh the export sea container.

One type of scale used for these purposes is the scale installed in the reach stackers that handles sea containers. The AMSA Federal laws do state that if your equipment does have existing scales installed, your first option is to have these scales fully tested to the NMI testing laws using certified test masses. This testing is what Instant Weighing does and will endeavour to pass the existing scale.

Not every scale will pass these complex series of tests which must be conducted

In this industry, there is a need and requirement for both weight of the sea container (the VGM) and the sea container ID number to be available very quickly at the office for completion of the required paperwork to be lodged electronically with the port authority.

Instant Weighing and the Australian made COMPULOAD series of scales for such equipment have successfully installed new scales on reach stackers and successfully tested these scales to the Australian NMI testing laws applicable for this type and capacity scale, using verified test masses and our flat rack.
